• Penalties will occur in falling to follow the code of conduct, the following will result, and firstly the offender will get a written notification warning to let the user know that the offence is noticed.

• If the user fails to change the situation or behaviour and after several written warnings it will result in a disciplinary hearing and further decisions will be made either to suspend or expel the offender if found guilty.

To enforce and manage the code of conduct firstly everyone has to understand the seriousness of the code and the penalties, It will be very effective when the code of conduct is displayed where everyone would be able to see it and understand.
